Obverse

Large equal-armed cross with expansion at the base, outlined with a contour. Above the transverse arm are the initials ІС - ХС, and below it - two six-pointed stars. In the center, a single dot. In some specimens, additional lines pass through the middle of the arms.

Reverse

Archangel Michael, full-length, with nimbus and outspread wings. He is dressed in a sticharion. In His right hand He holds a sword resting on the shoulder, and in His left hand - a globus cruciger. Above the head, the initials Х - М are sometimes placed.
