Obverse

Variant A. Monogram Ѯ and the abbreviation of the title царѫ - Ѱ. The depiction is similar to 1.13.23-29. Variant B. The depiction is as in Variant A, but the abbreviation of the title царѫ is in negative - Ѱ.

Reverse

Primitive depictions of Tsar Ioan Alexander and Tsaritsa Theodora (?), standing, full-length, wearing divitision and maniakion and loros, holding between them a cross with a long handle, sometimes without horizontal arms. The Tsar and Tsaritsa have identical stemmata with pendilia and hold sceptres with crosses in their outer hands. The coins are without inscriptions.
