Obverse
Monogram Ѯ and the title Ѯр (tsar), united with a ligature of varying form.
Reverse
Tsar Ivan Alexander and his son, standing, full-length, wearing sakkos and loros, holding between them a banner with a long staff, forked at the lower end. The tsar and co-tsar have identical stemmata with pendilia and hold sceptres with crosses in their outer hands. No inscriptions.
