Obverse
Large equal-armed cross of Palestinian type, outlined with a double contour. At each tip of the arms there is a small circle. In the upper field on both sides of the central arm are the initials ІС - ХС, and in the lower field are two eight-pointed stars.
Reverse
Tsar Konstantin Asen with stemma with pendilia, seated on a throne without a backrest. The ruler has a rounded beard and mustache. He is dressed in divitision and maniakion, with a loros draped over his arms. In his right hand he holds a labarum, and in His left hand - anexikakia. In the fields the inscription КW/СТ/AN/Δ - ϕ/АС/(҂)/N. Above to the left - the blessing right hand of God.
