Obverse
Double-headed eagle with outstretched wings. On the heads are depicted three-pointed crowns. Between them in the center is placed a multi-rayed star.
Reverse
Primitive depiction of Tsar Ioan Sratsimir and Tsarina Anna, who hold between them a cross with a long staff. At its base the cross is widened and symbolizes the "Tree of Life".
