Obverse
Large monogram of the name Іωанъ Срацимиръ and the title цар -, composed of the letters ЧРЪ Іω СРАЧМИР, arranged around the central axis.
Reverse
Tsar Ioan Sratsimir and Tsaritsa Ana, standing, full-length, with crowns with pendilia. Between the two figures - a double cross. The tsar's crown is semicircular, and the tsaritsa's is three-pointed. They are dressed in identical divitision-soni and maniakion. The ends of loroi (?) are draped over their arms. They hold sceptres with crosses, with short handles. Without inscriptions.
