Large equal-armed cross with bifurcated ends of the arms, which curl inward. Several dots are scattered in the fields between the arms.
Reverse
Large monogram of the name Іоанъ Срацимиръ and the title цар - ЧРЪ ІС ХР, composed of the letters ЧРЪ ІС СРАЦМИР, arranged around the central axis.
