Obverse
Large cross with arms ending in short transverse hastes. From the center of the cross, four additional rays emerge at right angles. In the fields between the arms are depicted four groups of three dots each, arranged in a triangle.
Reverse
The coins resemble 1.15.13-14, but have smaller and thinner cores and are not silvered. Variant A. Large monogram of the family name Шишманъ, composed of the letters Ш, Н and the abbreviation of the title царъ - Ѳ, connected with an S-shaped ligature. Variant B. The image is as in Variant A, but the ligature is straight, and there are three dots below the monogram.
