Lion facing left, standing on its hind legs. In the field on most specimens - two groups of three dots each.
Reverse
Large monogram of the family name Shishmanъ - ШР (or one of the variants indicated in the table on p. 205), composed of the letters Ш and Р connected by a ligature. Sometimes below a group of three dots.
