Large monogram of the family name Шишманъ, composed of the ligatured letters Ш, Н, Ш, М. Above them - Н. In the lower field are the letters IW (Iwanъ). The monogram is within a beaded border.
Reverse
Large monogram composed of the abbreviation of the title царъ - ѲЬ. In the lower field is depicted a cross. The monogram is inscribed in a beaded border.
