Obverse
Large monogram composed of the abbreviation of the title царъ - ЧР. Above it, a ligature of various forms (p. 205).
Reverse
Variant A. Large monogram of the family name Шишманъ, composed of the letters Ш, Н, М and N, connected with the middle vertical stroke of Ш (p. 205). Variant B. The image is as in Variant A, but the letter Ш is taller, and N is connected to its right vertical stroke (p. 205). Variant C. The image is as in Variant A, but the letter Ш is taller, and М serves as a ligature and is not connected to the other letters (p. 205).
