Obverse
Large cross with an additional transverse arm placed at an angle. The ends of the arms are bifurcated. In the upper field on both sides of the central arm are the initials ІС - ХС. In the lower segments is depicted a six-pointed star each.
Reverse
The image is as in Variant A, but instead of stars the letters N and K are placed.
