Obverse

Large monogram of the family name Shishmanъ - Щ, composed of the letters Ш and А. The lower arm of the monogram is on the left side and is more open compared to 1.12.1.

Reverse

The depiction resembles 1.12.1, but the positions of the tsar and his son are reversed, as confirmed by the legends. The hand positions mistakenly present Ioan Stefan as the senior. The figures are schematic and stylized.
