Obverse
Bust of Jesus Christ (Emmanuel) with a nimbus around the head, in which a cross is inscribed. On each shoulder are depicted five pearls. Christ is dressed in a chiton and sindon. In His left hand He holds a Gospel, and with His right hand He blesses in front of His chest. In the field on both sides are the initials ІС - ХС.
Reverse
There is a variant in which the image of Christ is up to the shoulders, and the pearls on the shoulders of the cross are one each.
