Obverse
Variant A. Large equal-armed cross of Palestinian type, outlined with a double contour. At each tip of the arms there is a small circle. Variant B. The image is as in Variant A, but with a dot in the center. Variant C. The image is as in Variant A, but with a small cross in the center. Published for the first time.
Reverse
Variant A. The tsar with stemma with pendilia, on a horse walking to the right. The ruler has a beard and mustache. He is dressed in sakkos and maniakion. The ends of the loros are thrown over his arms and hang on the sides of the horse. In his right hand the tsar holds a cross with a short handle, and in His left hand the reins of the horse. On both sides of the figure there is an inscription: ДР/ΘЄО - РР. Variant B. The image is as in Variant A. Variant C. The image is as in Variant A, but the two parts of the inscription have exchanged places.
