Obverse
Jesus Christ, standing, in a mandorla of S-shaped ornaments, standing on a subpendion decorated with pearls. Around the head of Christ is a nimbus with a cross inscribed. He is dressed in a chiton and sindon. With His right hand He blesses sideways, and in His left hand He holds the Gospel before His chest. In the field on both sides of the head are the initials ІС - ХС.
Reverse
Variant A. Cyrillic inscription in five lines: ПОМЪ/ТНЬОЖН/Ж8ПН/ГРОПА/ГНЬ (Help, You, God, the župan Gropa the lord). Variant B. Cyrillic inscription in four lines: ПОМЪ/ТНЬОЖН/Ж8ПАН/ГРОПА (Help, You, God, the župan Gropa).
