Obverse

Jesus Christ, seated on a throne with a rectangular cloak decorated with pearls. Around His head is a nimbus containing a cross. He is dressed in a chiton and sindon. With His right hand He blesses sideways, and in His left hand He holds a Gospel on His knees. In the field on both sides of the head are the initials ІС - ХС.

Reverse

Inscription in two lines with the name of the city: СКО/ПЛЪ (Skopje). In the field above three strokes, and below three dots.
