Obverse

Jesus Christ, seated on a throne with a high rectangular backrest, with long hair and beard. The shoulders of the throne are decorated with pearls. Around the head of Christ is a nimbus containing a cross. He is dressed in a chiton and sindon. With His right hand He blesses, and in His left hand He holds a Gospel. In the field on both sides of the head are the initials ІС - ХС.

Reverse

Inscription placed between two concentric beaded circles: + ЛФНТОУ ТОУ ТЕРТЕРІ (of lord Terter). In the center is depicted the family coat of arms - a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings. Between its heads is a cross. The tail ends with long feathers curled outward.
